We charge a 30% no show fee within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. if you no show twice, you will no longer be able to book with me. Emergencies happen I completely understand that, please communicate with me as soon as you can. We give a 15-minute grace period for every appointment. After those 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. after two times you will need to pay a rebooking fee of $35. I care about your experience and want to make sure you get the most out of your waxing appointment. Please keep in mind the importance of the 24-48 hours leading up to your session and follow any pre-wax procedures.
